G’day I’m Jodie! 

I'm a Coach, Mum & an Aussie that lifts in my garage gym in Queensland, Downunder.

I’ve been coaching health and fitness since 2000 and have “seen it all” in regards to nutrition. 

Low-fat, Paleo, Low-carb, Vegetarian than the Vegan movement, and then there’s good old Protein that’s been a constant theme over the years.

Can you eat too much? Is it really that important? I’m eating beans and pulses, so I’m good right? 

Understanding food is fuel for performance is paramount, and over the last 25+ years I’ve learned the basics and applied them to my own life in strength training & competing in Martial Arts, Body-Shaping, Mountain Biking, Marathon, Triathlon and a small stint in Powerlifting. 

Spoiler alert: I’m NOT a science geek & never will be. I'm a learn-the-basics and get-started kinda gal.
